NATURAL MATERIALS

I always choose materials in Lilen personally. Sometimes I look for them for months, because it is difficult to find fabrics that meet all our requirements.

I rely only on natural raw materials such as reliable linen or good quality Polish cotton. Softness and uniqueness are also a priority for me.

Every detail matters – the beauty of the fabric is complemented by buttons made of natural materials such as coconut fiber or river shell, cotton lace or very soft lining .

FUNCTIONALITY

During the construction of each model, we always try to find a way to make the clothes serve children as long as possible.

Lilen is an alternative to “disposable” clothes, meaning they are good for a baby for only 2-3 months. We believe that today it is especially important to responsibly manage the goods and resources entrusted to us and to choose things that have longevity.

Thanks to the size adjustment we developed, dresses for toddlers grow with them! So they last not for 3 but for 6, 14 or 24 months! In the pictures you see the same Amelia dress in size 10-24m – at the top it is worn by a 10-month-old girl, at the bottom by a two-year-old 🙂

EMBROIDERIES INSPIRED BY A POLISH MEADOW

We are sensitive to the beauty around us and dreamed of transferring it to our products in the form of embroidery.

Each is designed by hand with a botanical atlas in hand.

Polish herbs and flowers are our great inspiration.

We try to make the embroidery as close to reality as possible, so that it is like a twig just put down on the dress.

WE CREATE LOCALLY

All the clothes are made in a small local workshop on well-deserved sewing machines. The experience and craftsmanship of our dedicated ladies seamstresses and embroiderers is our great pride, which we reward fairly. Their skilled eyes make sure that every item is perfected down to the smallest detail.

We are sourced from Polish wholesalers and sew with high quality fabrics produced in Poland and Europe. We are a small company born out of passion, we support small businesses and we are proud of it!
